Nikrothal® 20 is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy (NiCr alloy) for use at temperatures up to 1050°C (1920°F). The alloy is characterized by high resistivity and moderate oxidation resistance. It has good ductility after use and excellent weldability.
Typical applications for Nikrothal® 20 are terminals attached to nickel-chromium heating elements, element fasteners and refractory anchor bolts.
